Our policy states that employees are allowed to get a new laptop every 3 years. You can also request a new laptop if your computer got damaged or lost.
Follow the steps below to acquire a new laptop:
- Let your manager know that you will get a new laptop.
- Submit a "New laptop" request in the IT help center- The procurement team will review and approve your request.
- You will receive the new laptop a few days after procurement approves your request. You will also get a prepaid UPS label to send your old laptop to our office in San Francisco.
